(HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS "APPLICANT")

whereas   the applicant wishes to appoint sit to act on his behalf in the preparation of his immigration file, in order to facilitate

and obtain his permanent residency status in  Canada.

whereas   the applicant agrees to provide sit with all the documents required by the Canadian federal immigration authorities, for the purpose of helping sit in the process of preparing and presenting of his file for permanent residence in canada

fees:     for the service rendered by sit, the Skilled applicant understands, agrees and accepts to pay the sum of $__3500 us..

method of payments:

The sum of $ __usa2000__________us dollars, must be paid by the applicant to sit upon signing the present agreement

The sum of _1000_____________us dollars must be paid  WITHIN five days from receiving the file number, The final of 1500us$   payment by the applicant to sit, within a period not exceeding five days from the date of receiving a verbal approval during the interview or within a period not  exceeding  five days from the date of receiving medical examination papers in case no interview was required.

in case of rejection for other reasons than poor medical and security , false documents or misrepresentation sit engages to refund all payments paid by the applicant to sit.   It should be added that no refund will be made by sit to the applicant in case of false declaration by the applicant or if the applicant has decided not to proceed with his

immigration process for any reason what so ever

special clause

the applicant agrees and accepts hereby and indemnifies sit and saves sit and its representatives in Canada or elsewhere, harmless against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, expenses incurred by reasons of giving any false statements, FALSE DECLARATION, misleading information and presentations giving to sit by the applicant directly or INDIRECTLY.

this agreement of representation states the entire and complete agreement between sit and the applicant concerning the matters

set forth herein and there shall be no additional conditions,

warranties, terms or provisions express or implied.

the laws of THE PROVINCE of  Quebec  and the laws of Canada shall govern this agreement, and the parties hereto irrevocably abide to the jurisdiction of the courts thereof
