Who can use this package?

This package is designed for individuals and families of the Skilled Worker and Family Class Categories who aspire to immigrate and settle down in Canada.

What method of payment does SIT require?

The retainer fee is payable by check in one instalment once the Retainer Agreement is signed by the principal applicant and Sit Immigration Canada

Does SIT refund the retainer fee if the applicant fails to secure immigration to Canada?

 SIT will refund the retainer fee in full if the applicant fails to succeed in the selection interview on technical grounds. However, no refund will apply if the application is subsequently refused by Citizenship and Immigration Canada for medical or security reasons. This will also be the case if the supporting documents provided by the applicant were not authentic. Please see our retainer agreement here

What does the kit contain?

The kit contains the following items:

(a) The retainer agreement. (Is usually sent with the outcome of the immigration assessment form)
(b) Full details of the immigration and profiling assessments.
(c) Immigration Application Forms.
(d)  List of required documentation. should be all in size A4
(e) Canadian Visa Office specific instructions.
(f) Immigration Guide for Independent or Family Class Applicants.
(g) New photograph requirements.
(h) Sample letter of experience.
(I) a comprehensive list of answers to Frequently Asked Questions.
(j) Briefing notes on the Application Process.
(k) Briefing notes on the selection interview with Canadian immigration officials.
(l) Briefing notes on the so-called Canadian background check.
(m) Briefing notes on the Medical Examination.
(n) Briefing notes on: The prevailing job market in Canada, Canadian Health Care System, Canadian Social Welfare System, Canadian Education and Schooling, and Housing.
(o) Instructions for landed immigrants.
(p) Instruction on post landing in Canada.

Does SIT assist in securing the preliminary assessment of the Canadian Council of Professional Engineers or the Canadian Council of Technologists and Technicians if specifically called for by the Canadian Visa Office specific instructions?

SIT is willing to assist in this matter provided the applicant pays the CCPE or CCTT fee (Cnd$175 + an additional Cnd$25 for bank and postal charges), and he/she provides us with an additional set of documents to meet the requirement of those two bodies.  The CCPE or CCTT blank forms and instructions will be dispatched to the applicant with the kit or by email.

What type of communications does sit deploy in corresponding with its clients?

Our primary communications tools in terms of priority are:

(3rd) Microsoft Net meeting Service.
(4th) Fax & Telephone Service.
(5th) Federal Express Courier Service.

Option # 1- Skilled Worker Applications

Special low cost Package

Cost $1500.00 U.S. Payable in advance

This option includes free online support to questions you may have during the processing of your application until such time that your visa is issued!

We send you a complete application package;
You complete the forms and then send the complete package to our office for review;
We assess the application based on the information that you have provided;
We check the application and supporting documentation for errors and omissions;
We return the complete application package to you with our recommendations;

 

Option 2       Skilled Worker Applications

As a person who is aspiring to come to Canada, we realize how important it is for you to receive assistance in submitting a complete and accurate application.  Our experienced immigration  consultants will do whatever is necessary to make your application successful.  For example, we will: 

  1. prepare the applications and provide a cover letter to the Visa or Immigration Officers at Citizenship and Immigration Canada, submitting and advocating your position;
  2. provide a copy of our professional assessment of your situation to Citizenship and Immigration Canada;
  3. ensure that all necessary documents have been prepared, collected and properly translated;
  4. ensure that you submit your application at the fastest and nearest case processing centre;
  5. ensure that the proper governmental fees are paid;
  6. ensure that you are properly prepared on interview techniques;
  7. assist in the preparation of criminal record checks;
  8. should a problem arise, we will advocate and mediate on your behalf;

 Option 3       Business Immigration Applications

Includes all services mentioned in Option 1
Your application will be assessed and prepared by one of our experienced consultants, including the completion of all required forms and attachment of all required documents;
Submission of the application and supporting documents to an appropriate Visa Office; all supporting documents should be in size A4
Written Submission prepared by our office outlining the merits of your application and your business proposal for Canada;
Monitoring of your application and responding directly to the Visa Office in all matters until such time that the processing of your application is completed;
On going status reports as your application is being processed,  providing you with copies of all correspondence that transpires between our office and the Visa Office;
Interview preparation;
Application for a Visitors Visa to facilitate a visit to Canada in order to explore business opportunities and learn about Canada;
Contacts with potential Canadian business people interested in joint ventures;
Contacts with Canadian Real-estate Companies specializing in the Sale of established businesses;
Documents providing Labour Market Information and Community Profile

Family Class Sponsorship: Spousal, Children, Parents, and eligible relatives.  1500$ US

Canadian Citizenship: Individuals and Families 500$CAN

Permanent Resident Card: Individuals and Families 300$ CAN

Mailing Address: Provision of a mailing address in Canada

Settlement Services: Airport meet and assist, house or flat rental, obtaining Social Insurance Number, opening bank account, obtaining the Provincial Medical Insurance Card.
