This
package is designed for individuals and families of the Skilled
Worker and Family Class Categories who aspire to immigrate and
settle down in Canada.

What
method of payment does
SIT require?
The
retainer fee is payable by check in one instalment once the Retainer
Agreement is signed by the principal applicant and
Sit Immigration Canada
Does
SIT refund the retainer fee if the applicant fails to secure
immigration to Canada?
SIT
will refund the retainer fee in full if the applicant fails to
succeed in the selection interview on technical grounds. However, no
refund will apply if the application is subsequently refused by
Citizenship and Immigration Canada for medical or security reasons.
This will also be the case if the supporting documents provided by
the applicant were not authentic. Please see

does the kit contain?
The kit

Does
SIT assist in securing the preliminary assessment of the Canadian
Council of Professional Engineers or the Canadian Council of
Technologists and Technicians if specifically called for by the
Canadian Visa Office specific instructions?
SIT is
willing to assist in this matter provided the applicant pays the
CCPE or CCTT fee (Cnd$175 + an additional Cnd$25 for bank and postal
charges), and he/she provides us with an additional set of documents
to meet the requirement of those two bodies. The CCPE or CCTT blank
forms and instructions will be dispatched to the applicant with the
kit or by email.
What

send you a complete application package;
You complete the forms and then
send the complete package to our office for review;
We assess the application based
on the information that you have provided;
We check the application and
supporting documentation for errors and omissions;
We return the complete
application package to you with our recommendations;
Option 2 Skilled Worker Applications
As a person who is
aspiring to come to Canada, we realize how important it is for you
to receive assistance in submitting a complete and accurate
application. Our experienced immigration consultants will do
whatever is necessary to make your application successful. For
example, we will:
- prepare the applications and
provide a cover letter to the Visa or Immigration Officers at
Citizenship and Immigration Canada, submitting and advocating your
position;
- provide a copy of our professional
assessment of your situation to Citizenship and Immigration
Canada;
- ensure that all necessary
documents have been prepared, collected and properly translated;
- ensure that you submit your
application at the fastest and nearest case processing centre;
- ensure that the proper

and prepared by one of our experienced consultants, including the
completion of all required forms and attachment of all required
documents;
Submission of the application and
supporting documents to an appropriate Visa Office; all
supporting documents should be in size A4
Written Submission prepared by
our office outlining the merits of your application and your
business proposal for Canada;
Monitoring of your application
and responding directly to the Visa Office in all matters until such
time that the processing of your application is completed;
On going status reports as your
application is being processed, providing you with copies of all
correspondence that transpires between our office and the Visa
Office;
Interview preparation;
Application for a Visitors Visa
to facilitate a visit to Canada in order to explore business
